Please ensure that you read the description including measurements before purchasing.
We do not offer or provide refunds or exchanges on our products if you change your mind after placing or receiving your order.
Refund Policy
While we do not refund for small amounts of unavoidable shedding, we will happily look over photos of your arrangement if it has been severely damaged in the post. Please email us with photos of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your blooms.
For order sent by courier: If your order arrives damaged please contact us via email within 24 hours to discuss. We will require photos of the item itself as well as all packaging to determine how the damage occurred and liability.
We cannot accept the return of any flowers damaged while in transit/ However, we will use reasonable efforts to assist you to contact the delivery service provider in this case. A refund is not guaranteed.
Note that our arrangements are often 'one off' pieces therefore a replacement may not be available due to unavailability of flowers and/or pots. In this case we will offer a substitute or a refund.
Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on season and supply. As a result, not all goods can be produced as pictured on our website. By accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be minor discrepancies between images and produced goods.
There may be variations to the reference images used on this website for any flowers you may order as flowers are a natural product and different camera or lighting used will vary the outcome of the image. Images provided on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We will not accept the return or exchange of any flowers due to any variation between the flowers you receive and reference images on this website. We do our best to photograph each arrangement to represent the colours it contains as accurately as possible. However, all device screens render colour differently, so there may be discrepancies between what you see on your screen & the actual arrangement.
It is important to allow time for your flowers to settle after being transported as shipping can affect your flowers shape. In this case, if you handle the flowers with care you may restore their condition.
